With prior agreement, through the above contacts, requests can be submitted half an hour before or after working hours.
During non-working hours of the Service, documents can be placed in mailboxes at the Service's premises.

Established holidays are non-working days. On the eve of public holidays, working hours are reduced by 1 hour.
